Initiate an RMA
Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place your PC inside its original internal foam packaging and double-box the unit to prevent component shift or cosmetic damage during transit.
Inspection and Testing
Once received at our facility, our technicians will perform a full diagnostic check to verify all hardware components and original specifications are intact.
Refund or Replacement
After passing inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
