Our standard lead time for custom builds is 5-10 business days. Once your PC is assembled and passes our 24-hour stress test, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via UPS Ground.

Yes, every system includes a comprehensive 1-year parts and labor warranty. We also offer extended warranty plans for up to 3 years to ensure long-term peace of mind.
Can I upgrade my PC in the future without voiding the warranty?
Absolutely. We encourage enthusiasts to upgrade their hardware. Opening your case or adding components does not void your warranty, though we cannot cover damage caused by third-party parts or improper installation.

Each PC undergoes a rigorous 40-point inspection, including BIOS optimization, driver updates, and thermal stress testing using industry-standard benchmarking software to ensure peak performance out of the box.
